Products
Our products include locally sourced honey from apiaries across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Middlesex. Our marmalade with honey is produced in England using Keep It Rural honey.
Returns Policy
We hope you enjoy the products you have received from Keep it Rural. We appreciate that there are circumstances where you may wish to return the order/item.
Please read our Returns and Refund Policy below.
A refund will be considered subject to the terms and conditions below. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
- If the item/s are found to be faulty or don’t meet the product description.
- If we have sent an incorrect item.
- If we have sent a damaged or faulty item
We strive to meet our obligations to our customers. Items are checked and packed with care and as safely as possible. On occasions damages do occur.
If you receive an order/item that is not in a condition expected, please contact us within 5 working days with a picture of said item/order in question. This will allow us to investigate.
Items must be returned within 28 days from the day your parcel was delivered. Keep It Rural reserve the right to withhold a refund should the item(s) arrive back to us outside of the specified 28 days or if they arrive in a non-resalable condition (this includes any damage that may have occurred in transit as the customer returned the item).
Exchanging an Item
Should you wish to exchange an item on your order, for example for a different size, please return the item(s) following the returns guidelines above and place a new order for the new items.
Providing the items returned are received in a pristine, un-opened re-saleable condition within 14 days of the delivery date, a full refund for the value of the goods will be processed. the matter, and if relevant, offer a refund to your original payment payment source.
Non-returnable Items
Perishable goods, as sold by Keep it Rural are exempt from the standard 14-day ‘cooling off’ period for online purchases. By law, customers cannot change their mind and return them for a refund (This also applies to food, flowers, and other items that quickly deteriorate or spoil). However, if the goods are faulty or not as described according to the terms above, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
- We suggest using a reliable courier service.
- Please keep proof of postage.
Once the item/order has been received by Keep It Rural we will review your request and process a refund to your original payment method. The refund process can take 10 working days (dependent on your bank/payment source).

Postage and Shipping
UK Shipping: £3.99 for postage, packaging, and shipping.
International Shipping: We are working on international shipping. Rates will be determined at a later date.

Once an order is placed, an automatic email will be sent to thank you for your purchase. This email will include a receipt and confirmation of your order, sent from info@keepitruralltd.com.
Shelf Life and Storage
Our products have a limited shelf life. The expiration date is clearly marked on each product. For optimal quality, please follow the storage instructions provided on the packaging.
