Products

Our products include honey produced by our own bees across our apiaries in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Middlesex. Our range also includes cut comb, soft set honey, hot honey, marmalade with honey and chocolate bars and chocolate honeycomb pieces, all made using Keep It Rural honey.

Returns Policy

We hope you are completely happy with your order from Keep it Rural.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact as soon as possible. Where there are visible signs of damage to the parcel, please take photographs of the packaging before opening it. Please also take photographs of any damaged items inside. This will help us investigate the damage with the delivery company and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where possible, please contact us within five working days of delivery and include your order details and photographs. This helps us investigate quickly.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items

As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we will resolve the matter appropriately.

If you wish to return an item because it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before sending anything back and provide photographs where appropriate. We will advise you on the next steps and, where a return is required, Keep It Rural will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

Once we have reviewed the information provided, and any returned item where applicable, we will confirm the outcome of your request. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Allergies and Dietary Information

Our products may contain allergens. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided on the product packaging and, where applicable within the product description on our website. Some products may also carry precautionary allergen information, such as "may contain" statements, where there is a risk of cross contamination during manufacture. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please check the product information carefully before purchasing or consuming any of our products.

Product Information

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. As many of our products are natural or handmade, variations in colour, appearance, texture and packaging may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and all weights and measurements stated are approximate.

Postage and Shipping

We currently ship orders within the UK only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

We aim to dispatch orders within twenty four hours on working days wherever possible. Orders placed late on Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday may not be dispatched until the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Shelf Life and Storage

Our products should be stored in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging. Where applicable, a best before will be clearly marked on the product. For the best quality, please follow all storage guidance provided.
