Every apiary is different. The surrounding trees, hedgerows, gardens, farmland and wildflowers all influence the nectar our bees collect, giving each location its own naturally distinctive honey.
We keep the honey from each apiary separate and never blend honey from different locations, allowing you to choose which county your honey comes from and discover the differences for yourself.
